Hawaii’s first true Power Center and Factory Outlet was developed in partnership with Dick Gushman in 1994.

Waikele has become a popular visitor destination while remaining an integral part of local residents’ lives. The 725,000 square-foot, value-oriented commercial center, with two distinct phases stocked with a Power Center and factory outlet stores, changed the landscape of retail in Hawaii. The Power Center and the outlet were sold in 1996.
