MacNaughton completed this Kmart anchored 142,000 square foot project, immediately adjacent to and incorporated into the Kukui Grove Center regional mall on Kauai in 1994.

Other original tenants included Borders Books and Music, Payless ShoeSource. It was sold in 2005.
