King’s Village/

King’s Village was an existing 40,464 sf retail shopping center with 3 apartment buildings in Honolulu, Hawaii. After acquisition, design and entitlement, in 2018 we sold this property with design and entitlements to Hilton Grand Vacations.

In 2016, entitlements were obtained and plans approved for a 350-foot mixed-use tower including hospitality, residential and retail uses.
