MacNaughton was hired by the landowner to manage the development, construction and leasing of this 10,000 square-foot community-oriented project on the windward side of Oahu.

Completed in 1999, Kailua Village Shops, anchored by a Starbucks and Jamba Juice, has the look and feeling that it has been in the neighborhood for a long time and helped set the stage for an overhaul of retail in Kailua.
