Jeff oversees projects from initial designs to the final phases of leasing and tenant openings.

Jeff joined MacNaughton in 2006, and is responsible for the development and asset management of the company’s retail portfolio. He oversees projects from the design phase through permitting and construction, and to the final stages of leasing and tenant openings. He also serves as consultant on third-party projects. 

Previously Jeff served as VP and CFO for Victoria Ward Limited, where he financed and developed 400,000 square feet of new and reconditioned retail properties. He facilitated the $265 million sale of Victoria Ward to General Growth Properties (GGP) in 2002, after which he became the Vice President of Development for GGP’s Hawai‘i Division. Jeff serves on the boards of The GIFT Foundation of Hawai‘i, the Outrigger Canoe Club, and KCAA Preschools of Hawai‘i.
